We require a Learning Support Assistant to join a challenging SEMH School to support students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. For this Learning Support Assistant role you must have a calm and patient approach and be able to think on the spot and act efficiently should a challenging situation arise. To be a successful Learning Support Assistant you must have a passion to make a positive difference to students lives and be willing to go the extra mile to see students achieve their highest potential. This Learning Support Assistant role would be suitable for someone with a heavy Youth Worker background. For this Learning Support Assistant role it is highly important to have strong behaviour management skills due to the nature of the students - Physical Intervention Training is highly desirable.
