Remedy Education are currently working with a Primary School in Lambeth, that are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with their Reception class, and also a Learning Support Assistant to work within their year 3 class.
You will be working 1:1 with the children as they need extra support to keep them engaged within lessons and to help the class teacher manage their behaviour. You will also be supporting the rest of the children within the class on a general basis.
What the school are looking for in their Learning Support Assistants:
- Experience supporting children within a Nursery or School setting.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is very desirable.
- Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
- Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
