Learning Support Assistant | Job Summary
- Full-time, term-time only Learning Support Assistant role | Long-term contract until July 2025
- Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS
- Role paying £480-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Minimum 2:1 Graduates from a Top 20 UK University
- Child-centered experience is advantageous
Learning Support Assistant | Job Role
- Supervise small groups and provide 1:1 support for students requiring additional guidance
- Monitor and track student progress effectively
- Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of each child
- Engage students creatively to enhance their academic and personal growth, while guiding and supporting them in preparation for secondary school
