Rikama Education Ltd is excited to partner with a respected special school in the Greenwich area, and we're currently seeking passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to become part of their dedicated team. In this role, you will support children aged 2-19 with a range of learning needs in an inclusive and nurturing environment.

As an LSA, you'll work closely with the class teacher and Senior Teaching Assistant to deliver tailored support both in the classroom and outside of it. Your role will include providing intimate care, managing challenging behavior, and participating in activities such as swimming and PE.
