About the Role - Learning Support Assistant:
- Work as a Learning Support Assistant in a Year 3 classroom
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN needs
- Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external specialists
Requirements - Learning Support Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable
- Experience working with SEN pupils is essential
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning support
- Strong communication skills and a passion for education
