Key Responsibilities - Learning Support Assistant:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with additional needs
- Help implement tailored learning and behaviour strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual education plans (IEPs)
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
- Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
