Learning Support Assistant Join Our Supportive Team!

Rikama Education Ltd is partnering with a respected special school in the Greenwich area, and we're currently looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. As an LSA, you will play a key role in supporting children with a variety of learning needs, aged 2-19, within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

You will work closely with the class teacher and Senior Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support, both in and out of the classroom. Your responsibilities will include offering intimate care, managing challenging behaviour, and actively engaging in physical activities such as swimming and PE.
