- Position: Learning Support Assistant
- Location: Hackney
- Pay: 90 - 100 per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: July 2025

About the Role:
- Full-time Learning Support Assistant role supporting KS2 intervention and booster groups
- Providing targeted learning support in literacy and numeracy
- Working with small groups and 1:1 to help bridge learning gaps
- Supporting pupils with SEN, ensuring they feel confident and engaged
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to track progress and adapt strategies
Requirements:
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
- Prior experience working with SEN pupils and delivering interventions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning support
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed
- Ability to build positive relationships and motivate pupils
