Horizon teachers are seeking Learning Support Assistants to support the provision for students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate should be motivated, take initiative and be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff alike.

Job description:
  • Working with individuals and small SEND groups with a dynamic intervention approach
  • Provide a pro-active approach in the classroom to ensure the constant support of the class teacher and tailored assistance to each child's individual needs
  • Responsible for the behaviour management of students in and out of the classroom
