About the role - Learning Support assistant -Tower Hamlets
The school is looking for a flexible, patient, proactive Learning Support Assistant who has knowledge and understanding of children with challenging behaviour and SEN needs. Your day to day will be supporting the teacher. This could be working in small groups with children inside and outside the classroom. As a Learning Support Teacher assistant, you can be working on a 1:1 level with children who require extra support in their academic studies.
