Job Title: HealthCare development Coach

Salary: 28,000- 30,000 (Dependent on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilties:
- Train, assess, and mentor apprentices working towards their Level 5 qualifications.
- Deliver monthly, dynamic teaching sessions (in-person or online) while providing constructive feedback to help learners excel.
- Develop and contribute to the creation of coursework and training materials provided to learners.
- Conduct in-depth progress reviews every 10-12 weeks, ensuring learners stay on track and reach their full potential.
- Identify and support learners with additional needs, using innovative platforms like Cognassist to ensure personalised learning experiences.
- Help learners strengthen their maths and English skills, ensuring they complete Functional Skills requirements and excel in their careers.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Must hold a level 5 in management In social care (or above)
- 2 years minimum experience as a registered care manager
- Either a Relevant assessor or teaching qualification (both desirable)
- Experience assessing/ Training
