Position: Learning Support Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Assisting in creating an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting students with their individual learning needs, building their confidence and skills
  • Helping with tailored interventions and activities that make learning fun and accessible
  • Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to ensure the best outcomes for every child

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with SEN (ideally in a school setting)
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • A caring, patient, and approachable attitude – you’ll need to be ready to provide emotional and educational support
  • A passion for helping children achieve their full potential, no matter their challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
