Location: Lambeth Early Onset Community Mental Health Team, 190 Kennington Lane, SE11 5DL
Ward:Lambeth Early Onset Community Mental Health Team
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm

South London and Maudsley NHS Trust are currently looking for a determined and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join their Lambeth Early Onset Community Mental Health Team. What you can add:
- Act as key worker for individual caseloads
- Promote knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness
- Plan and implement client centred induvial or group interventions to achieve therapeutic goals
What you’ll need:
- HCPC registration body
- Experince of working with IAP
- Experience working within a community role
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
