Job Overview:
Assist street outreach workers in providing support to rough sleepers. Engage with clients, assess their needs, and help them access accommodation and services. The role will have a mixture of early morning shifts and evening shifts. Street counts will be also a part of the role once a week.
Based in East London
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach Monday-Friday
- Collaborate with agencies to provide housing and support options
- Advocate for clients' welfare and healthcare needs
- Manage a caseload, offering guidance until clients are housed
- Maintain accurate case notes on CHAIN and other databases
- Manage a case load of up to 10 clients
- Ensuring clients are being accessed and moved over to the appropriate services according to their needs

- Pay: £13 - £17 per hour
- Contract: 2-3 Months Temporary
