*Enhance DBS is Mandatory*Job Overview:Assist street outreach workers in providing support to rough sleepers. Engage with clients, assess their needs, and help them access accommodation and services.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach Monday-Friday
- Collaborate with agencies to provide housing and support options
- Advocate for client's welfare and healthcare needs
- Manage a caseload, offering guidance until clients are housed
- Maintain accurate case notes on CHAIN and other databases
