Qualified Playworker - Immediate Start

Quint Education are currently working with a breakfast and afterschool club that is searching for a competent and experienced playworker to join their team immediately based in East Dulwich.

Location: East Dulwich (SE22)Start: ASAPHours: 7:30am till 9am (Breakfast Club) 3pm till 6pm (Afterschool Club)

As a Playworker you will be working with young children up to the ages of 11years old.

Skills/ Requirements needed for a Nursery Practitioner -• Experience working with children under the EYFS curriculum. • Have a level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification - with placements completed • Positive and caring nature• Working under the guidance of the class teacher/room leader. • Able to commit to both the breakfast club and Afterschool Club hours • Be Immediately available.

Responsibilities:• Understanding of child development stages • Child protection and safeguarding procedures • First aid certification • Ability to create engaging play activities • Effective communication with children and parents • Knowledge of health and safety practices
