Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: £85 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
Post-16 Education Provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. As an LSA, you will provide support to students with a range of needs, including:
- Behavioural difficulties
- Down Syndrome
- SEMH
- Suicidal ideologies
- ASD
- ADHD
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Assist with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Support students with personal care needs, where required
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with complex needs
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
