We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach with Learning Support Assistant (LSA) experience to motivate and develop students aged 11-14, supporting their success both physically and academically in a mainstream classroom and sports settings. A specialist SEN school in Lewisham is looking for a committed Sports Coach to deliver engaging physical activities, promote positive behaviours, and assist students across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sports coaching sessions tailored to the needs of students aged 11-14.
- Provide one-on-one and small group academic and physical support.

- Collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour and resilience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Experience supporting students with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs, or SEN settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, patient, and motivational approach.
- Ability to act as a positive role model and build strong, trusting relationships with students.
