Group Intervention Graduate Worker

About the Role:

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in secondary education? We are seeking a Graduate Intervention Worker to join a dynamic secondary school in Southwest London.

This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in education, working closely with students in small group settings to enhance their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups of students, focusing on academic and personal development.
  • Support teachers in implementing effective learning strategies to improve student engagement and progress.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and school staff.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and external agencies to support student well-being.

Requirements:
