We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to our residents/clients, helping them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Duties:
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide support with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Help with meal preparation, serving meals, and feeding if necessary, while promoting a pleasant mealtime experience.
- Support residents/clients with medication administration as per the care plan and under supervision (if applicable).
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation to promote their social well-being.
- Perform light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
- Accurately report and record any changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care.
Diferent shift patterns available:
- Early Shift
- Late Shift
- Long Days
- Nights
Minimum 2 years experince in care setting (care homes/ hospitals).
