Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Targeted Youth Support Case Support Worker for a local authority client based in East London.

In this role, you will provide targeted support to vulnerable young people and their families, delivering tailored interventions to address their needs, reduce risks, and achieve positive, lasting outcomes.

Key Duties:

  • Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and create intervention plans for young people and families.
  • Deliver targeted interventions, group programs, and support workshops.
  • Work with social care, youth justice, and partners to safeguard and support young people.
  • Engage young people in co-producing services and accessing community resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Experienced in conducting assessments (e.g., EHA) to identify needs and create intervention plans.
  • Experience of collaborating with multi-agency partners to safeguard and support young people.
  • Skilled in delivering targeted interventions, group programs, and inclusive family support.

What's on offer:

Salary: £24+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
