EDI and Wellbeing Specialist - Leading Charity - London with hybrid working - c£48,000This is an exciting role for an EDI and Wellbeing Specialist to work for a highly respected UK charity who foster an environment of inclusivity. Reporting into the Deputy Director of People & Culture you will be responsible for shaping and driving the EDI and Wellbeing agenda. Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Improving the accessibility and inclusivity of their fundraising
  • Promoting equity, diversity and inclusion across their grants and charitable programmes
  • Establishing and embedding a new Wellbeing strategy across the charity
  • Embedding the EDI strategy that builds and engages diverse teams
  • Partnering with senior leaders, the People function, network groups and employee forums to design innovate initiative
  • Providing specialist employment advice on EDI matters
  • Supporting leaders to implement and deliver EDI and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Tracking and reporting on EDI and Wellbeing metrics

You should be an experienced EDI and Wellbeing Specialist with a track record of developing and implementing initiatives ideally within the charity or not profit sectors. Experience of driving organisational change through EDI and Wellbeing initiatives with an internal and external focus needs to be combined with an ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are essential.
