Berry Recruitment are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable People Relationship Advisor to provide expert guidance and support across a portfolio of services, fostering strong employee relationships and a positive workplace culture. Our client is based in North West London.

Location: Hybrid - Two days per week in the office (London)
Salary: 25.25 per hour PAYE (31.63 per hour Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

About the Role:
As a People Relationship Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR advice and support, ensuring best practices in employment matters. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, support workforce planning, and drive effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law, complex cases, organisational change, workforce planning, and resourcing.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote inclusive and restorative practices.
  • Offer guidance on people management issues, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Utilise HR data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Trade Unions, staff networks, and key stakeholders to foster positive working relationships.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance organisational development and employee experience.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR advisory roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to HR, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
