The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy.
They will act as the designated point of contact ensuring effective administration, coordination, and development.
This role also involves:
- Supporting the implementation of a responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act
- Coordinating multi-agency responses to high-risk victims of violence
- Delivering training and consultation to stakeholders and agencies
- Analysing data to identify trends and drive improvements in service delivery
- Contributing to the overarching goal of reducing domestic abuse rates in Lewisham
- Prepare agendas, case referrals, and accurate minutes for MARAC meetings.
- Maintain and analyse referral, outcome, and demographic data to identify emerging trends and gaps in service delivery.
- Stay updated on legislative and policy developments related to VAWG.
