Safer Communities Violence Against Women and Girls Project Officer needed in SE London

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy.

They will act as the designated point of contact ensuring effective administration, coordination, and development.

This role also involves:

  • Supporting the implementation of a responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act
  • Coordinating multi-agency responses to high-risk victims of violence
  • Delivering training and consultation to stakeholders and agencies
  • Analysing data to identify trends and drive improvements in service delivery
  • Contributing to the overarching goal of reducing domestic abuse rates in Lewisham
  • Prepare agendas, case referrals, and accurate minutes for MARAC meetings.
  • Maintain and analyse referral, outcome, and demographic data to identify emerging trends and gaps in service delivery.
  • Stay updated on legislative and policy developments related to VAWG.
