What you will do:
- Coordinate and administrate the Lewisham DA MARAC, ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of meetings.
- Spearhead the development and delivery of training for practitioners on the MARAC process and risk assessment protocols.
- Prepare agendas, manage case referrals, and produce precise minutes for each MARAC meeting.
- Maintain and analyse referral, outcome, and demographic data to spot emerging trends and identify gaps in service provision.
- Work collaboratively with both statutory and voluntary agencies to cater to the needs of victims, focusing on those from underrepresented groups.
- Drive the delivery of community engagement and partnership initiatives as outlined in the VAWG Strategy.
- Stay current with legislative and policy updates related to VAWG, ensuring all practices are compliant with the latest standards.
About You:
- We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to reducing violence and supporting victims.
- The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge and Experience Comprehensive understanding of VAWG legislation, policies, and strategies, including the Lewisham Domestic Abuse and VAWG Strategy.
- Proven experience in coordinating multi-agency projects, particularly in supporting vulnerable groups or victims of VAWG.
- Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Skills and Attributes Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver impactful training.

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant discipline or significant equivalent experience.
- Awareness of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2) is desirable.
