NonStop's client is seeking a Senior Social Work Practitioner to join the the Family Support & Child Protection. Social workers in the Child Protection &Family Support locality teams work with children in need,children subject to child protection plans and where there is insufficient safety in the family, these teams may initiate Public Law Outline and court proceedings.

The established family engagement group and children in care forums Positive Journeys, Positive Journeys Seniors and the Young Director support them with practice development and delivery. Front line practitioners have the opportunity to learn from our children, young people and families, and be part of this work.

Practitioners are invited to contribute to our learning and development offer in the borough and to enhance Continuing Professional Development, there is opportunity to co-design and deliver training if this is of interest. We invest in our staff so they can invest in the children, young people and families we support.
