- Manage a caseload of 15-20 cases, ensuring high-quality, child-focused practice.
- Work with children subject to CIN/CP Plans, PLO, and Care Proceedings.
- Contribute to legal planning and decision-making processes in the Legal Gateway meeting.
- Collaborate closely with families, multi-agency partners, and court professionals.
- Ensure all assessments, plans, and interventions align with statutory guidelines and best practice.
- Participate in BRM training and embed relationship-based social work practice.
- Engage in reflective supervision and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience in child protection, safeguarding, or care planning.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, policies, and court proceedings related to children’s services.
- Experience working within CIN, CP, PLO, and Care Proceedings.
- Ability to start within 2-4 weeks.
