A Interim Employee Relations Advisor to:
- Collaborate with the employee relations team to manage your own caseload
- Manage a high volume of ER casework
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Advise on policies and procedures
- Provide advice on redundancies and change programs
- To prepare paperwork for tribunal
- Work through your own caseload in and efficient and timely manner
Profile
A Interim Employee Relations Advisor with:
- Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinaries
- Previous experience supporting an organisation through change
- Previous NFP experience desirable
