As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will:
- Visit patients in their homes to administer treatments such as IV and oral chemotherapy.
- Conduct blood tests and toxicity assessments.
- Perform pump disconnections and provide line care.
- Administer IM/SC injections.
- Work 30 37.5 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days.
The Agency Chemotherapy Nurse role comes with:
- An hourly rate of £42 - £48, depending on experience.
- Mileage expenses covered.
- A work schedule of Monday to Friday, approximately 8 hours per day.
- No requirement to work on bank holidays.
To be considered for the Agency Chemotherapy Nurse position, candidates must have:
- An active NMC Pin and be a Registered RGN.
- Experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy.
- Skills in cannulation and venepuncture.
- A valid driving licence.
- A SACT Passport or equivalent qualification.
