NonStop Care are working with a well-respected fostering agency that is seeking a full-time permanent Head of Fostering to lead an experienced team of operational managers, social workers, and support staff. You will be based in the South-East, ensuring children and young people in care reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a high-performing team, providing training and guidance.
- Ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and business growth.
- Foster a supportive and therapeutic management approach.
- Embed strong child protection and safeguarding practices across the region.

Requirements:
- A valid driving licence and access to a car for travel.
- Experience in KPI-driven roles, focusing on growth, carer recruitment, and retention.
- A Social Work Degree and relevant experience.
