Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading non for profit organisations, who have rich history and work to create efficiencies and savings for clients.

Over the past few years they have grown tremendously in size, now with over 180 clients, they are looking to add to the Member Services team. They run consortium procurement and are always looking at ways they can deliver more efficiently for their members. They are ideally looking for someone with Account Management or Asset Management experience within the Housing Sector.

Reporting into the Director of Member Services, the successful candidate will work in a team who are a close-knit bunch and are really supportive. This role will mostly be from home but does require you to get to events and visit clients from time to time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead on account & asset management
  • Provide service to a range of members across the London region
  • Manage relationships with the members across the specified region to secure member engagement and maintain good relationships
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients

Experience & Requirements

  • Account or asset management experience
  • Experienced within the Housing / Construction / Building sectors
  • Has a basic understanding of Procurement, ideally from public sector procurement (but this is not essential)
  • Is used to managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
