As a Housing Development Project Officer, you will collaborate with managers across various projects and tasks, leading teams to deliver exceptional service development outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting detailed project plans and managing assigned projects using established project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
  • Participating as a team member in service reviews, providing expert advice and support.
  • Conducting audits, investigations, and surveys to assess service quality and recommend enhancements.
  • Analysing complex business processes and systems to propose improvements and best practises.
  • Designing and maintaining databases and records to facilitate benchmarking and service development functions.

Our client is seeking a candidate who has the following abilities:

  • provide the necessary work entail in the Project assigned.
  • perform any administrative work
  • provide or have the knowledge to give advice on legal housing provisions especially relating to homelessness, property allocation and procurements
  • good communication skills
  • ability to response to MP enquiries and complaints
  • proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • able to collate statistical data and provide reports
