Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? We're looking for a proactive Housing Officer to support residents, manage tenancies, and tackle anti-social behaviour.

Your Role:
  • Provide support during emergencies and incidents.
  • Manage anti-social behaviour cases, working with the council, police, and other agencies.
  • Ensure efficient re-letting of properties and support new tenants.
  • Advise residents on housing options and tenancy matters.
  • Conduct tenancy checks, resolve issues, and take enforcement action where needed.
  • Support vulnerable residents, coordinating with partner agencies.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, community groups, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements.
