About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Housing Liaison Officer to join our Tenancy Management team. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, flexible, and value-for-money service to tenants, supporting tenancy management and acting as a visible presence on our estates to ensure residents feel safe, supported, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancy issues including new tenancies, tenancy changes, and tenancy sustainment.
  • Respond to low-level anti-social behaviour and liaise with key partners to resolve issues.
  • Support void management processes including viewings and sign-ups.
  • Conduct tenancy checks, visits, and welfare support for vulnerable residents.
  • Attend resident meetings and build positive relationships with key stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience working with the public in a service delivery setting.
  • Understanding of social housing, tenancy law, and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities effectively.

Desirable: Housing qualification and experience in a housing environment.
