Housing Officer / Up to £16 per hour / London / 3-month contract position with possibility of a permanent position Overview:A Market Leader in Housing are currently seeking a Housing Officer to join their team. The aims for this role are to get to know the properties tenants and support them throughout their tenancy.This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career Role & Responsibilities:

Visit tenants on a regular basic to ensure properties are kept to a good standard and conditions are met
Monitor Anti-social behaviour and liaise with tenants on neighbouring disputes
Attending court if needed and ensuring legal paperwork is in place
Ensuring tenants are safe in their homes and ensuring fire risk assessments are taken place
Assist the finance team to ensure rental charges are being paid on time

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous housing officer experience is essential
Experience meeting targets and deadlines
An excellent communicator
Previous experience working with customer databases
Hard-working and ambitious
A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals

Package:

Up to £16 per hour / This equates to around £37,000 for the year
3-month contract position with potential extension or permanent position
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 6:00pm
