Are you an experience Team Leader? Have you managed a team conducting part VI assessments under the Housing Act 1996? I am excited to recruit for my client who are looking for someone to lead their Housing Supply team. Successful candidates will be managing a team carrying out Part Vi assessments and allocation properties and Temporary Accommodation to those in need. This role will be managing a team of up to 8 people so successful candidates will need to have experience managing teams in a local authority, or similar, setting.

Duties:

  • Manage the housing register and the assessment process.
  • Oversee a team allocating accommodation in line with Part VI of the Housing Act 1996.
  • Allocate both TA and PRS Housing to prevent homelessness.
  • Manage a team making placements into TA.
