We are currently looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Lead based in South West London. Please see below for all infomration on the role.

As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will:

• Work alongside the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable and consistent service for residents.
• Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within your assigned patch, covering approximately 500-600 homes aligned with local authority areas.
• Focus on improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents are happy in their homes.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Location: On-site every day, ensuring direct engagement with residents.
• Contract Type: Ongoing contract with potential to become permanent.
