About the Role

As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will:

  • Work alongside the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable and consistent service for residents.
  • Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within your assigned patch, covering approximately 500-600 homes aligned with local authority areas.
  • Focus on improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents are happy in their homes.
