Our client is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Housing Officer to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality tenancy and estate management services.Key Responsibilities:? Lead and supervise Housing Officers, ensuring effective case management and service delivery.? Manage complex tenancy issues, including breaches, succession, and unauthorised occupation.? Investigate and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), working with partner agencies.? Conduct estate inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.?
