Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their accommodation and improve their well-being? We are seeking six dedicated Supported Pathway Officers to join our team, providing crucial key-working, risk assessments, and support planning for approximately 10 clients each.

About the Role:

? Work across five hostels on a rota basis? Shifts: 08:00 - 16:00 (early) | 12:00 - 20:00 (late)? Monday - Friday schedule? Temporary positions to cover gaps in service

Key Responsibilities:

?? Support clients in maintaining accommodation and engaging with key services?? Develop individual support plans to enhance life skills, mental and physical well-being?? Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and independence?? Collaborate with agencies (health services, social care, criminal justice, etc.)?? Ensure high-quality risk assessments and safeguarding procedures

Who We're Looking For:

? Experience working with homeless individuals or those with complex needs? Strong knowledge of housing legislation, welfare benefits, and risk management? Ability to motivate, support, and advocate for vulnerable individuals? Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care & Adverse Childhood Experiences
