  4. Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of housing legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times and providing expert advice and guidance to both team members and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: Proven experience in tenancy management and resettlement, with a track record of success in empowering individuals and facilitating positive outcomes.
  • Discharging 193 Duty: Ideally, you have experience with discharging duty under Section 193 of the Housing Act, demonstrating your commitment to fulfilling legal obligations and supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • TA Experience: A solid understanding of temporary accommodation (TA) and its role in the housing landscape, with hands-on experience in managing TA properties and supporting residents.
  • Housing Legislation Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and regulations, coupled with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively in a variety of scenarios.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing and motivating teams to achieve their full potential, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
