Top legal 500 practice located in Central London arecurrently recruiting a Paralegal with at least 2 years solid experience in residential and/or commercial property matters.
You will be educated at degree level, have completed theLPC or SQE1with a minimum of 2 years solid experience in property law.
Experience to include:
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
- Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances.
- Preparing contract packs
- Experience of the land registry portal
- Registration including companies house and Land Registry
- Drafting AP1s and stamp duty returns
This law firm offer long term career prospects and historically, performance dependent will offer training contracts after a period of paralegal work.
