Join our team as a Social Worker – AMHP and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs. In this role, you will:
- Undertake Mental Health Act assessments as an AMHP
- Provide specialist mental health support within a CMHT
- Liaise with external agencies and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and review care and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with mental health legislation and safeguarding policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- HCPC/SWE registration
- AMHP qualification and relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Mental Health Act and related policies
- Excellent risk assessment and crisis management skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
