- Extensive ServiceNow Experience:
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, etc.).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and processes.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with integration technologies and protocols.
- Understanding of security concepts and best practices.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (preferred)
