The position is for a Microsoft Fabric Architect offering a salary of £600-650 per day, outside IR35.
This is a 6-month contract role with hybrid working based in London.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Microsoft Fabric as part of a large-scale enterprise data and analytics transformation for a financial services client.
Key requirements include extensive experience as a Fabric Consultant, solution architecture expertise, and a proven background as a Fabric Data Architect.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Synapse Analytics is essential, along with strong data modeling skills.

Microsoft Fabric Architect

Financial services client are looking for a Microsoft Fabric Technical Architect to work on an enterprise data and analytics transformation.

You will hold responsibility to drive the MS Fabric implementation which is part of a massive greenfield data platform transformation - the first part of this will be to use MS Fabric as an enterprise data and reporting platform.

Microsoft Fabric Architect, key experience:

Operating as a Fabric Consultant; choosing, designing and implementing MS Fabric in a financial services organisation
Solution architecture experience
Proven experience as a Fabric Data Architect or similar position - demonstrated expertise in medallion architecture and Lakehouse and recommended data modelling
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Synapse Analytics
Strong data modelling - conceptual, logical and physical
