Hays Software Engineering are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a world renowned Investment Management business with circa $900 billion AUM.
What you will be doing:
You will be part of an incredibly high performing & lean Execution Management System team of 6/7 people, managing the EMS for the whole business globally.
- Analyse complex business issues and create clean, scalable solutions.- Build strong relationships with buy-side trading end users.- Design and develop external system interfaces.- Collaborate with other development teams for integration.- Undertake non-functional projects like code refactoring, process streamlining, and procedure optimisation.- Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on design and code reviews.What we are looking for:
- 10+ years experience in a Front Office environment working with Execution Management Systems.
- Computer Science related degree.
- Tech stack experience:
- Multi-Threading designs, DDD, SOA.
- Java, C#, VB.NET, .NET 4.x
- SQL
