At Remedy Education we areseeking a dedicated Strong Behaviour Learning Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. Our partner school is a specialist SEMH primary and secondary school, located in Barkingside, Redbridge, and they are looking for someone who is ready to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role:
  • Location: Barkingside, Redbridge (primary and secondary SEMH sites)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Position: Strong Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
  • Work closely with students to support their individual needs and promote positive behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Build trust and rapport with students to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour is essential.
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with students.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for supporting the development of children and young people.
  • Ability to adapt and think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
