At Remedy Education we areseeking a dedicated Strong Behaviour Learning Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. Our partner school is a specialist SEMH primary and secondary school, located in Barkingside, Redbridge, and they are looking for someone who is ready to join their team as soon as possible.
The Role:- Location: Barkingside, Redbridge (primary and secondary SEMH sites)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Position: Strong Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
- Work closely with students to support their individual needs and promote positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Build trust and rapport with students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour is essential.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
