We are seeking experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our supportive team at a well-established all-boys Catholic secondary school in Kensington. What we're looking for:
- Strong SEN and secondary experience supporting students with a range of learning needs
- A proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
- A degree in Science, Maths or Psychology (or related field) is essential
- Experience supporting differentiation and implementing learning strategies effectively
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
