LTF Recruitment are working with a Specialist School for pupils aged 5-16 with SEN needs (Special Educational Needs). The school are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and a proactive approach to supporting young children. Experience isn't necessary.

About the Role:

As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially. You will be working across the school's primary and secondary phases, details include:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
