Learning Support Assistant (Ealing)
We are working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing that's known for its supportive environment and a strong sense of community. They are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work across KS1 and KS2, helping pupils reach their full potential in a collaborative and engaging setting.
Key Responsibilities for a Learning Support Assistant:
- Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons and activities that promote learning and engagement
- Help monitor pupils' progress and contribute to reports and feedback
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, encouraging their confidence and participation
- Assist with classroom organisation and ensuring a smooth daily routine
For this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
- A solid understanding of SEND and strategies to support children with learning needs
- An enhanced DBS or the willingness to apply for one
- Ability to commute to Ealing or live locally
Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
