Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Type: Full Time
Hours: 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM
Pay Range: £85 - £90 per day (PAYE)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Future Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our schools. Our primary schools caters to students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for all our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in their daily activities and learning experiences.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their independence and confidence.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- A caring and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support students in their development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
